Typically my clients book 12-18 months beforehand, however some operate more last-minute. Dates go on a first-come-first-served basis, so I would always advise booking as soon as possible.

Yes of course, I have public liability insurance which is requested by most venues, and I also have professional indemnity insurance.

I don’t offer raw files to my clients. The raw files are huge files and often look nothing like the final gallery images – a lot of time and consideration, along with artistic skill is put into curating the final gallery. Once the gallery is delivered, any unused raw files are deleted. 

Delivery time for final images is up to 12 weeks during peak season. All galleries are processed as quickly as possible and I will always keep you updated on the process.
